Let's make some!We are back at Spring Creek Garden Center this Wednesday for our all-levels happy hour class from 5:30 to 6:25 pm. This week happens to be the last week of the month, so I'll be staying after class to enjoy a glass of wine. This means that the 7 pm class is canceled for this week! I hope you can join us at the garden center instead. Reserve your spot by clicking the photo below: I've been horsing around...Last week, I gave myself the gift of a yoga retreat. I got to totally surrender to the flow, and it was magical! I was treated to awesome yoga classes and fed delicious food. I met wonderful people and tried new things... and one of those things was horse yoga! I am so grateful that I was able to go on this adventure. It was such a wonderful experience! I've said it once, and I'll say it again: I highly recommend taking yourself on a yoga retreat😜 We have one coming up!This retreat won't include horse yoga, but it will have lots of other fun activities, delicious food, and amazing people! There is still room to sign up for the December retreat (and still time to get the early bird discount!).
