On Wednesday, October 30th, from 1:30 to 3 pm, we will have some seasonal fun, using props to enjoy the relief of a neck-free inversion. If you've been waiting for a cozy mystery, now is the time to dive in! Who doesn't love a punny book title? Let this soap-related mystery wash away any doubts about joining Winnie's Book Club. All you have to do is read the book! And save the date for the snack and chat to discuss "Dead Men Don't Lye" on Thursday, October 31st, from Noon to 1:45 pm (YES, a Halloween party!). One more thingBeginning the first week of November, the Tuesday and Thursday evening classes will have a new time. Starting Tuesday, November 5th, both "Stretch & Release" and "Slow Yoga" will be from 5:15 to 6 pm. This will continue through February. Thanks for not having a cow!
